Faculty Senate

All full-time faculty and librarians at Temple University are members of the Faculty Senate.

Faculty Senate Officers: Three positions elected by the entire full-time faculty annually.

Faculty Senate Steering Committee: Representatives elected by each of the 17 schools and colleges to set the agenda for Representative Faculty Senate meetings and University Faculty Senate meetings.

Elected Representative Faculty Senators: There are 150 Representative Faculty Senators elected in the various schools and colleges. These Representatives may vote at the six Representative Faculty Senate meetings held each year. The number of Representatives assigned per school or college reflects the proportion of full-time faculty members in each school or college.
